The Design Consultation

An on-site consultation with one of our designers

will provide you with prompt recommendations and

advice for achieving a beautiful landscape. When your

consultation is completed, a complimentary cost

estimate can be prepared to assist you in establishing

a budget for your project. (Includes a list of site

recommendations.)

Fee: $75.00 per hour

The Landscape Plan

(For New Home Sites up to 1/2 Acre)

The preparation of a professional landscape plan

includes an on-site consultation during which the

designer will discuss your ideas and the landscape

possibilities for your home. After meeting with you

and obtaining measurements from the site, a detailed and comprehensive landscape plan will be developed. At a subsequent meeting, your plan will be presented and discussed. Upon your request, one revision will then be made. You will receive a copy of the plan and a detailed cost estimate outlining the necessary steps to complete your project. A $75.00 design consultation fee is due at the time of your first on-site consultation with the designer. The remainder is due when the plan is presented.

Fee: $55.00 per hour (Average design fee $200.00-$300.00)

(Owner to provide site survey. Additional cost to locate existing trees and structures not shown on survey would be $75.00 per hour.)

The fee paid for the drawing may be recovered in one of the following ways:

Signing a contract with Whispering Hills Nursery & Landscaping for the purchase of 75% of design material and installation of that material. Some substitutes may be made at the discretion of Whispering Hills and homeowner.

Homeowner will receive a 10% credit off each purchase of design material made at Whispering Hills Nursery at regular retail price, up to the total cost of the design. Customer must present a copy of the drawing at the time of each purchase for credit  adjustment.
